Whilst our umbrella canopy is constructed from a waterproof fabrication it is always recommended that the fabric is thoroughly dried before storing. This ensures no mould or mildew build up.

Ensure your beach umbrella is always well anchored and assembled correctly. You should not erect your umbrella in any high wind or extreme weather conditions, it should be closed immediately in any sudden changes in weather.

Always secure your umbrella with the provided clasp when in the down position and transport and store in the matching carry bag.

We offer a three-month replacement warranty on our umbrellas. This covers manufacturing defaults, replacement parts and assembly. Damage arising from improper usage, wind conditions or other acts of nature is not covered. Please ensure you follow the Kollab care instructions above to extend the life of your umbrella.
