Here is how we roll: 

Order Processing: Your order is in good hands. We typically ship all orders within 1-2 business days. However, please bear in mind that during our promotional or sale periods, we require more time due to the influx of orders. 

Order Dispatch: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email including a tracking number specific to your order. 

Order Shipping: Now, here's where Australia Post takes the reins. Delivery times may change due to their schedule, but don't worry – you can stay in the loop by checking theAustralia Post website for updates. Australia Post - track an item 

Shipping Costs: We're dedicated to ensuring your order reaches you promptly and in perfect condition. We offer Free Shipping in Australia and New Zealand on orders over $99. Orders under this amount will be charged based on region and weight. Standard Shipping is approximately 2 – 8 days and starts from $8.50 and Express Shipping is 1 – 4 days and starts from $14.95.

Please note during our sale periods, Free and Express Shipping won't be on the menu. Given the incredible discounts we offer, shipping costs apply during these times.

Umbrella Deliveries:

When ordering one of our umbrellas online, we use Startrack as the courier due to the size of the item. Their process of delivery is a little different to Australia Post, and will attempt to deliver twice. If no one is in attendance they will then return to sender. There is no option to leave your umbrella in a ‘safe place’ at the delivery address to prevent theft. Please keep in mind that additional postage charges will apply should we have to resend your umbrella order to you.

TIP: It might be a good idea to use a work address for delivery in these instances.

 

RETURNS  

We want you to adore every purchase from us, but we get it – sometimes things just don't click. That's why we offer a flexible return policy. 

Full-Priced Items: We're happy to accept returns within 14 days from the moment your order lands on your doorstep. If it's not quite right, send it back, and we'll try our best to make it right for you with a refund or an exchange. Please note the product must be unused and in it’s original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient and shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

Sale Items: While we love a good deal, please note that all sales items are considered Final Sale. They're yours to keep and cherish.

RECEIVED SOMETHING FAULTY?  

Please note we have a three month warranty on all our goods. If something is faulty, we will happily meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a like for like replacement of the same product. Please contact us with your order number and email dispatch@kollab.com.au  

 

FAQ’s 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do!For shipping outside Australia and New Zealand, please contact our customer service team for us to discuss your shipping options and rates dispatch@kollab.com.au   

Do you deliver to PO BOX addresses?

We can deliver to any PO Box address in Australia and internationally (with the exception of umbrellas).

Can I exchange my purchase?

Yes you can, unless this is a sale item. You will however need to cover the postage cost for the return and reshipping of the replacement item. 

Can you deliver to my work address?

Yes, we can deliver to your place of work. Please ensure to include the Business Name in the shipping of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily. 

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched during sales?

We do our best to get all your orders dispatched in a timely manner, and due to large volumes of orders during sale times please allow 10-15 business days for items to be dispatched.
