Thanks so much for all the love during our Sale! We know you're excited to get your Kollab goodies ASAP. Since we're a small team, we do our best to make everything runs smoothly during these busy times. To help out, we've put together a list of our most frequently asked questions. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and can’t wait for you to enjoy your Kollab goods!

 

Once I’ve placed my order, can I change it?

Once your order is placed, it can’t be changed, so make sure you’ve got everything you want, and your shipping address is correct, before clicking check out. You’re welcome to place another order, but these cannot be combined.

 

I haven’t received an order confirmation?

All order confirmations are automatically generated upon check out. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check the email address your Kollab account is registered to and remember to check your junk/spam folders.

 

How long will my item take to ship? 

During peak sale periods please allow 5-15 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

Where is my order?

Once your package is with Australia Post, it's out of our hands and into theirs. Make sure you’re checking the tracking links we send through with our shipping confirmation email for the latest info. We recommend downloading the Australia Post app or use this link Australia Post Tracking to stay up to date with any tracking or shipping delays or notification of parcel collection instructions.

 

Can I return a Sale Item?

All Sale items are strictly Final Sale and unfortunately are unable to be returned for an exchange or a refund.

 

Why doesn’t my order qualify for Free Shipping?

Due to the heavily discounted prices and high influx of orders we are unable to offer free or express shipping on any orders during this time. 

 

Why can’t I select Express Shipping?

Can I use my 10% discount code on Sale Items?

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with sale periods.

 

Can I Click and Collect my Sale Items?

You can! Click and Collect is available for sale items. Once you have received your email letting you know your order is ready you can pick it up from our office. Please note items can only be picked up during our office hours, which are 9-4pm Monday – Friday (please note we are closed on Friday the 7th and the Public Holiday on Monday 10th June). We are not open for order collection on weekends or outside of these hours.

 

I purchased full priced items during the sale, why is my order delayed?

All orders placed during our sale period are subject to extended dispatch time, but we always do our best to get your Kollab goodies out to you as soon as we can. 

 

Can I shop the Sale if I’m outside of Australia?

Our sale is available online only within Australia & New Zealand on selected products only.

 

My question wasn’t answered here, how do I get in touch?

SALE PERIOD TERMS

Please note there are no returns or exchanges on any products included in sale periods. Sale available online only within Australia & New Zealand on selected products only. Items cannot be on-sold. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with sale items. Free shipping is not available during sale periods. Order changes are unavailable during sale periods due to the high influx of orders being placed.
