Care Guide

Durable and water-resistant, our Kollab Picnic Mat is a breeze to care for! Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth for regular maintenance and for tough stains, use a small amount of soapy water. Avoid machine washing as this may remove the water-resistant coating and compromise the material. It is important to line hang the mat to dry completely before refolding and storing.

Shipping and Returns

We’re all about getting your Kollab goodies to you, fast! We usually ship within 1–2 business days (a little longer during sales), then Australia Post takes the wheel. Standard is around 2–8 days, Express 1–4 days and you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow your order to your door. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your region and weight, and Express takes a little holiday during sale periods. Got a question? Our Holiday Medium Mats sit between our larger Picnic Mats and smaller Mini Mats. They are great to share for a couple or small family group. They have a comfortable foam lining and are water resistant on both sides!
