Great friends Jess and Hayley started the business in 2014. Since then, Mick and Hayley have taken the reins to grow Kollab into the vibrant Australian lifestyle brand it is today.
Kollab grew from a simple idea: create practical, well-designed items with a fashionable edge. Each piece is built around making time outdoors with your family as effortless and fun as possible — from picnic mats perfect for lazy summer afternoons, to lunch boxes that make school runs and work days a little brighter, tablecloths that transform any alfresco setting, and wine coolers that are as stylish as they are practical.
Hayley has always been driven to build successful businesses by setting her goals high and her visions higher. Always thinking of the next amazing idea or creation, Mick and the team are her trusty sounding boards — no idea too big or too small. Every voice plays a role in growing this business and bringing the Kollab story to life.
Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. Kollab specialises in creating functional items in maximum-impact prints with minimal environmental impact. Our washable paper bags are manufactured from paper pulp, while our bags and picnic mats are made from partly recycled materials — beautiful re-purposed products that begin as a simple idea and are executed with versatility and efficiency in mind.
