Kollab x DOG by DR Lisa Giveaway Terms and Conditions

 

 

    1. Kollab PTY LTD is pleased to conduct this promotion.
    2. There will be one winner who will receive a prize pack consisting of:
       • A Kollab Bundle (valued at $289.75 AUD), and
       • A DOG by Dr Lisa Bundle (valued at $245 AUD).
    3. To enter, simply submit your full name and email address to the Kollab website pop-up form or DOG by Dr Lisa website pop-up form. Entries are accepted until 11.59pm AEST August 31st 2025.
    4. By entering our promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions, and acknowledge that:

      2. your email address will be included in our mailing list. You can opt out at any time; and
      3. your email address will be shared with Dog by Dr Lisa and stored and handled according to their privacy policy - https://dogbydrlisa.com/pages/privacy-policy
    5. No purchase is required to enter.
    6. The promotion is open only to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are over the age of 18 years, but excludes employees of Kollab and their immediate families, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
    7. A maximum of one entry will be accepted per entrant. Any attempt to submit multiple entries will disqualify the entrant.
    8. The winners shall be drawn on 1st September 2025 AEST at Kollab's office using a random number generator. Kollab will contact the winner. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
    9. Kollab will not be held liable if the named prizes becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. Kollab reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the prizes with prizes of comparable value.
    10. If the prizes remain unclaimed within seven working days of notifying the winner, it will be redrawn. The winners from the redraw will be notified by email within two days of the draw.
    11. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kollab's liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the prize. Kollab reserves the right to cancel or extend this promotional giveaway at any time.
    12. To the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that Kollab are not liable for any liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from use of the prize.
    13. You acknowledge that the laws of the State of Victoria govern these terms and you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria
